This property had an Original Monier Elabana Concrete tiled roof in faded but reasonable condition. The owner had noticed a few small leaks and saw that the roof tiles looked porous as they maintained a wet, soaked appearance many hours after rain. A full roof restoration was undertaken on this roof. No bedding was required but all original roof pointing was re-done. Over 100 roof tiles cracked and needed replacement. Original red colour was maintained with the use of Dulux Acratex Tuscan Red Colour. Dulux Hi-Build primer was used also after extensive pressure cleaning. The owner received a 15 year roof restoration warranty and gave us a fantastic Google review.
