Yes, any and all colours in the Colourbond range are available for the new fascias. A different colour can even be chosen between the gutter and fascia.

Generally the answer is yes. Most of the time when the fascias are in poor condition the gutters have also come to the end of their life. Its best to remove the gutters and thus completely cover the entire surface if the fascia before installing new gutters over the top of the fascia covers.

This really depends on the size and complexity of the job. Generally a gutter replacement takes around 4 days and when adding Colourbond fascia covers to a job of this size 3 additional days are required.

Old timber fascias start to show signs of rot at some point. The rot usually starts on the mitred corners where one fascia meets another. Some fascias don’t have nay rot but have blistering or flaky paint and really require a full sanding and repaint. In either scenario the fascia covers are a great idea. They mean that none of the rot needs to be fixed and nothing needs to be sanded and painted. The finished result looks better than painted old fascias too.  

The short answer to this is yes. They looks great, are maintenance free for many years, they don’t require destructive work of ripping old timbers off and having asbestos eave linings fall out. They are also a quicker turn around as one trades person can do the whole job.

It is really essential that both tasks are undertaken at the same time. This allows the fascia covers to be installed properly with no compromise to quality and finish.
