• Job Description: Original Terracotta roof tiles were fretting and had many breaks and leaks. This was the case with this property in Belair and hence us recommending Re-roofing with fully Insulated Colourbond roofing. New roof sheeting was lined with 60mm foil backed Insulation blanket. All flashings scribed for bushfire protection and Ember leaf mesh installed.
