Toorak Gardens Cottage style 1920s house. Iron roof sheeting was 42 years old and heavily oxidised, gone chalky white. All roof fixings replaced and Iron sheeting completely restored.

Glenalta Roof was converted from original Concrete tile to Colourbond Corrugated roof sheeting. New roof was fully Insulated with Foil faced Glasswool blanket.

Collinswood Full restoration of metal corrugated roof. Part of this house was re-roofed around 30 years ago with a failed batch of colourbond. This can be seen in the heavily faded roof sheeting at the front of the house roof.

Hectorville SA Original Elabana Concrete roof tile was around 20 years old. Tile surface was heavily oxidised and a chalky brown in appearance. High Build primer used and 2 heavy coats of colour.

Bridgewater Tile conversion from Concrete Tile to Colourbond. The new roof was clad in Revolution Roofing True Oak 21mm Deep sheeting from the Nexteel Range.

Gawler Roof restoration on Monier Homestead Tiled Roof. Original early 2000s “Colour though Tiles” heavily faded.

Highbury SA Original 90s roof. Original colour Green. Original Glaze completely worn off.

Highbury SA #2 Original late 80s roof with many cracked tiles. Original Colour Peach / Orange.

Woodcroft SA Early 2000s built house. Original tile is Boral Striata “colour through” tile. These type of tiles loose colour fairly quickly as they have no glaze.

Summertown SA Tile Roof Restoration. 40 plus Year old roof, never had any maintenance. Original Glaze on Tile completely worn off.

Para Hills SA Full restoration of 1970s Holostone Madrid Roof Tiles. Roof had been previously coated several years earlier but done poorly.

Crafers Total roof replacement. The original roof was in very poor condition with a lot of rust. Several areas had been poorly modified by a previous owner who clearly had no idea about roofing.
